HOW IT WORKS
Any golf player with a valid SA Player ID and a member of SAGA can become a “We Play Golf” member. Quick and easy registration and you are in the game. Compete in real time against your friends and other golfer’s in a official competion. Thanks to our seamless integration with HNA, all gross scores must be entered into HNA only, and your score will automatically be captured on our leaderboard!
There is only a few rules:
- You must be an amateur player with a valid SA Player ID and a SAGA Member
- No “Gimmies” are allowed
- You can only capture a score where “18 Holes” have been played
- You are allowed to enter 2 (two) scores per day on the WPG app, AM & PM
- You can play as many times as you want per month and enter the scores
- Minimum of 8 complete rounds per 4 month cycle will make you eligible for the main competition
WPG will calculate all your scores together and work out your average ranking scores. The member who ranks on top of the Main Leader Board by the last day of every month, is our monthly winner. The main competition will stretch over 4 months, thus THREE major competitions on course every year.
The top ranking golfers will be invited to play against each other on a well known golf course in South Africa to compete for even bigger prizes!
